Shocking customer service OK Furniture online

I ordered two cupboards from OK furniture online on the 27th of November and paid for it the same day. Til now which is two weeks later, I have not heard anything from them re this order. Trying to phone their customer service number is pointless as it never works (0861008861). Phoning any of their branches is also pointless as they have no idea how the online system works and they just refer you back to the Customer Care number, which again DOES NOT WORK
