After sale Service and repairs is bad

I have bee struggling with Chrissie Alberts a sales rep in Rustenburg SA for over 3 weeks to get my steamer to her. She makes appointments and is not available wen I arrive or when you confront her over the phone she is very arrogant about it. The appointment was made to see her at the waterfall Mall at rustenburg then she has an excuse why she can't take the steamer and the I had to meet her at the square spar in Rustenburg and has the excuse there is no space in her vehicle for my steamer and so om, moor excuses the service.
