Terrible and slow customer service

I tried to utilize one of Teljoy`s renting options as I am temporarily in the country. After going back and forth 3 times, they called me saying that my payslip printout is not "official" enough, even though they correlated it to bank statements and had full access to my HR who issued it. I was so sick of the amount of time and effort I put into it that I just gave up on their service completely. Its slow and inefficient and the people assisting act like they`re doing you a favor. Terrible experience, I`m hoping to explore more competent options.
