I called the call center today at 16:50 to indicate that I've just gotten 2 e-mails saying that I'm attempting to change my password online and I have never even been on their website. Instead of helping Koti/Katie just says hang on and the phone starts playing music burning through my airtime. If is committed on my account you better be prepared for a war seeing as you have a no care attitude or maybe since its close to 5pm your consultants are only thinking about going home!!!
