Lack of Payment

Nats Curry Base supplies to a number of outlets in the Durban area. All sales are on a COD basis. On the 4th OCT 2013, we deliverede two cases of product to Umhlanga Spar. They refused to pay cash and said they would pay via EFT. To date, even after phoning them, there is still no payment. This is not the first time that Umhlanga Spar has defaulted. The order itself is a very small one and Nats Curry has to drive from the Bluff all the way out to Umhlanga, and they can't be bothered to pay?
We would appreciate some sort of response from them.
