I came in contact with Given on Tuesday 03/12/2013. Prior to that I contacted the call centre on numerous occassions for someone to assist me in downloading the new software for the Gobii reader. I was told on each call I made, that someone would call me back and no one called back.

When I spoke to Given Morake on Tuesday, I was ever to grateful to come into contact with this most efficient consultant.

Given assisted me from the first call, till today 06/12/2013.

Given made regular calls to me to provide feedback and to ensure that all my queries and concerns was seen too.

With Given's professional service, I have downloaded all my books and have updated my software with no stress at all.
