Broken Sleigh Bed

I bought a sleigh bed cash, from Beares in Southgate. I didn't make use of their delivery service, I fetched from the store directly, and got a professional to connect it for me. All was well, untill 2 months later, we realised that that bed was now broken. The wood inside the leather detail- I approached the strore sales consultant- who told me" it would be difficult to help with my query, because I didn't use their delivery service" according to him, if I allowd one of their guys to connect the bed, they would have figured out the problem. I doubt that so much, because when the bed was connected, everything seemed well. Now I have escalated the matter to the head office, they acknowledged my complaint, but haven't heard from them since. I am sooo dissapointed because I trusted their goods... but this is just not on. Is this the service we get?? I want a new bed (my money's worth) or they must refund me, and I'll buy my bed somewhere else!!! Beares Sleigh Bed NOT GOOD QUALITY... BE WARNED!!!
