Ought damaged walke

I bought a walking ring from Reggies The Glen on the 21rd december.when i got to the store the walking ring was on display, so we took it anyway because it was the one we wanted.the store manager gave us a 10% discount because the walking ring was scatched. A couple of weeks ago i decided to use the walker because my son has grown and to my surprise the walking rings wheels don't even move, we can't even adjust it properly.my son is getting no joy from using it.i don't want the thing anything because it's useless honestly and i feel like i wasted R600 for something that he can't even use.i want a new walking ring or a refund.
