Extreme poor quality of food

In end of October this year we purchased groceries at Pick n Pay in Centurion Lifestyle centre. We purchased some of the more expensive Boerewors. We tucked it away in the freezer. Unfortunately we have lost the receipt, but the quality of the boerewors was exceptionally poor, with VERY little clean meat in it, and full of rubbery stuff that has been cut in big square blocks and included as a filler in the wors. I took a Picture today that depicts the amount of rubbish "stuff"in the small size of sausage. It was plain disgusting, and I cannot imagine that a supposedly reputable company would even consider selling such poor products at HIGH cost to consumers shopping at PnP in good faith.
