5 Year Dispute

Every year at this time Edgars hand me over to a new Law firm for collection of an outstanding account that I closed in 1995. Every year I have to send the dispute and never does it seem to get cleared up.
I do not want to pay the outstanding amount, small as it is as it feels like I admit the debt.
I am at wits end and do not now what to do, I have even considered having the Lawyers take me to court so I can have closure at last.
