FICA/ACCOUNT STILL BLOCKED

HI There

after several attempts to get this account fica'd and unblocked we still have no luck.
Last week Thurdsay I went to the store mentioned above and there I was made to call the head office to verify my details again and was told that my account was unblocked after 4 months of literally fighting with the managers and supervisors at the store.
Unfortunately today I go to make payment at the Edgars store on West street and to my surprise the acount is still blocked.
I want to know the reason for this and note I cannot go back and forth to the stores to verify this.
I am totally upset and I need a reason asap, I need to be reinsubursed for this as well as I have not been able to make pruchases which have cost be additional cash on hand to buy stuff.

Please advise urgently.
