AND WOOLIES STILL IGNORES THIS COMPLAINT DONE ON 27 NOV!

"I've just had a call from Woolworths Financial Services offering me a credit increase for being such a good customer and paying my account so well...

This young man (name I can't remember, but since it was recorded, should be easy to find!), goes through the motions with me, and when he gets to the point of asking about my monthly expenses, I said that's very personal, and no other retail company asks me all that before giving me an increase, and therefore I am no longer interested in it, he threw the phone down on me - no thank you for your time, no goodbye Ma'am. Just threw it down. When I tried to redial the number 0873100942, it kept being cut.

What a nerve of Woolworths to allow such utter rudeness!!! It's enough that I have to deal with stock in your stores expiring on the day, or out of stock, but now this too! Disgusting. I'll pay up my account and rather go to Pick n Pay. I'm tired of Woolworths now. Definitely not "The Difference" anymore.

I want this young man to phone me and personally apologize!
