Promotion denied

Foshini had a promotion on ALL dresses as stated on printed flyers on the racks of dresses. The promotion stated that R100.00 off the original price will be given when your purchase a dress. My friend bought the EXACT same dress the Saturday before and received the R100.00 discount. I selected a dress and when I went to pay for the dress the cashier refused to give me the discount. She simply said the system did not calculate the discount therefore she will not be giving me the R100.00 discount. I was still talking to her when she simply took the dress and put it on the counter behind her and proceeded to help the customer behind me. I was so shocked and amazed at the utter rude service I stormed out of the store. Afterwards I realized I should have insisted on the discount, so I lodged a complaint on Foshini's webpage but to no avail, I have yet to receive any feedback! I am truly disappointed seeing that I am a regular shopper! Shame on you Foshini!
