Missing Lay bye

Hi i have made my kids lay bye at Ackermans canal walk and went to fetch it after waiting for 25 min after paying. they inform me it is missing gone. This was upsetting as u make these lay byes in advance for a reason an to make it worse i already bought things that goes with it now i have to spend more time an money in searching for the proper clothes that fits. How can a lay bye just go missing.
