Account paid up but i'm listed

I had an account with edgars, i paid the account up last year around June 2012. i confirmed with call center agents that it was closed, to my surprise to find out that i'm listed that i still own them an amount of R4, 408.00. i need this sorted out asap, a letter that states that the account was paid up and my name removed from itc.
