I bought 2 of the 500ml pump bottles from Game Potch.

When trying to use the product to bath my new born who is allergic to Johnson's products I discovered that the pumps where not working. I phoned the customer care line, who said they will be sending vouchers for me to replace the product. Well it has been 3 weeks and NO Vouchers!!!

I had to go and by a new bottle to use, and guess what... after 3 weeks the pump is starting to act up.

So I am sitting with 2 bottles of shampoo which I will have to pour into my hand to use... do they know how much will be wasted.
