Incredible Connection
FALSE ADVERTISING

Recently in the highway mail, Incredable connection advertised their latest special offers. In the glossy leaflet they advertised a 2TB seagate external hard drive for R999, 90. I frantically went to their shop in hillcrest at 09:00 to enquire about available stock on this item. To my surprise, I was told it was a misprint in the local newspapers. They were however happy to sell me a 1TB drive for the same price. When I told them it was misleading and amounting to nothing but false advertising the sales person was not interested in my complaint. I called their head office only to find myself talking to a call centre that was also not interested in my complaint.
INCREDABLE CONNECTION... nothing but INCREDABLE RIP OFFS!
