Unhappy client

My mom went to shoprite store to buy grocery on her way out the security accused her of dawn lotion but instead the cahier didnt scan the item. So it was not her mistake that they didnt scan dawn lotion so they kept her inside the shop from 1:30 until 7pm and the cashier was suppose to tell security it was her mistake.
this was on 26/09/2013.
