Paid up account = damaged credit report with sport

After numerous requests to update my account status on itc, and account still not updated with itc. This has been going on for so long now and my patients are running out.
This is really damaging my credit scoring and unable to buy a house because of this.
I would like assistance with this as soon as possible.
