No integrity

Nomvula called me supposing to remind me of my 1st payment on my account.. She rather answered asking me what my problem is to why im not answering my phone as if im a scholar, and a disgusting attitude. The problem in which she approached me so rudely without integrity or giving me a chance to explain she just keeps on yelling after i told her that the position she maintains requires a person with integrity and respect..NOT shouting neither screaming nor questioning, and suppose to LISTEN to the client.. She does not have that. I called the Branch manager he said he will speak to Nomvula and will call me back. I then received a call from Nomvula again trying to repeat herself making it to be as if im a student getting lecturing from her. Its TOTALLY unecceptable and refuse for such a Credit Controller to speak to me.. Being a 1st time client makes me REGRET choosing ELLERINES in ST Andrews street Bloemfontein, because in my entire life I have NEVER come across such a disrespectful "credit controller" NOMVULA and me being a Credit Controller too we have strict Protocols of which the most important rule is... To RESPECT your clients or patients..
