About 3 weeks a go i went to Mango and had decided to open a V.I.P account with them since i do a lot of shopping at the Busby stores. The following day i received an sms requesting that i contact them to finalise my application. I then received a call from them and i then finalised my details with them. The lady then explained that i will receive an sms to advise me if the account had been approved, which came in. I then went to Mango and they informed me that they had not received email confirmation on their side so i'd have to come back in a few days to check. I went back this past saturday the 23rd of November to check and they still had no email confirmation. I asked how long it usually takes to receive it and i was told that it usually is about 2 days or so but they had not received mine. this was 2 and a half weeks later but still nothing. No further effort was made and they told be that they had been battling with these confimations for a while now. I then left and went to Aldo to buy a pair of shoes where i was assisted by Bradley. I informed him of what had happened and he contacted RCS. Confirmation was sent in 10 minutes and i got my account. He's an asset to Aldo.
