I took my PS 3 to Cash because I needed Money for the Doctor on the 10 October 2013. I then asked them to extend it for 10 days because I am still in Hospital. Today I arranged for my sister to go and get it as it should expire today. And they say it expired Yesterday and I must pay double the interest now. How is this possible when its from the 10 November plus 10 days should be then expire on 20 November. I explained this to William the Manager and he tried to tell me I am lying that I couldn't have brought it on the 10 October then. I would like to send my sister to collect the Playstation as it is my sons. Please can someone give me the correct amount I need. I am in hospital.
