Increase in premium but not benefits

Hi, We are all on Tiger Brands medical aid and are very upset. They increased their yearly premier on each of their members in October only to find out that none of benefits including our day to day benifits have increased. They increase their premiums in October but you are only entitled to the new years benefits in Janaury of the next year. They are rude and unhelpfull. Veronica assisted me and told me they are a closed corporation. Does that mean they can abuse and use their members funds as they wish. My other question is what are they going to do with the extra thousands of rands if it is not going to their members???
