Chicken expired

I went shopping at Pick n Pay bedford centre on sunday the 17 November and bought some chicken for the week, i had a llok at the chicken today and it says that the best by date is the 13 november. I still have my slip which shows I bought the chicken on the 17 th. Why do you sell food that is past its sell by date. I am very dissapointed. How do we fix this now pick n pay? I want a refund
