Poor ervice and failed to follow through

To whom it may concern

I recently had reason to complain about getting called info an interview at outdoor ware house Willowbridge only to be turned away at the door as the position was filled already.
I was very pleasantly surprised after being contacted by someone from head office after my complaint who apologized and offered me a vouchers by way of compensation. Its one month I have yet to hear from outdoor warehouse or received my voucher as promised.
I think the point needs to be reiterated that I spent R500 (I was livin in Swelldam) on fuel coming in for this "interview" only to be turned way at the door. I continued to to be disappointing at the customer service from out door warehouse.
