POOR ADMINISTRATION OF ACCOUNTS

I had an account with Mr Price Home, and my account was handed over MBD Credit solutions, as soon i found another job i settled the account and it was paid up in 2010. I made sure that i get a letter that states the account has been paid up. On Several occasions i get people calling me even at night to ask to me to pay of an outstanding balance of R200.00 stating my account has been handed over by Mr Price Home. When i call Head Office the sales consultants are so unproffesional and not willing to help or listen to what im saying. Ive tried sending Proof of payments to accounts department on several occassion im not getting help at all. Poor administration for MR PRICE HOME AND THIER LEGAL DEPARTMENTS!!!
