BAD Service

We bought a R15000 TV at the Kollenade Game. They did not have stock and sent us to Centurion mall to pick the tv at their Game. We got there and they have 2 people working in the technical area, Jan and Toli. But neither of them was on the floor. Everybody else refused to assist us where ALL they had to do was fetch the TV in back but it is not their job and heaven forbid they should actually give their customers service!!! Eventually after 45 min I insisted to speak to the manager that also took his time and was very rude. How difficult can is be to just hand over a tv.
