Whirpool Dishwasher repair unresolved for 7 weeks!

Dishwasher gives error message E1 / F8

Last service reference (S000339907) 19th November 2013

After the initial service visit I was informed that the waiting period for the required part (s) was 4 weeks! I elected to wait patiently.
The following service visits after receiving the part (s) where unable to resolve the problem, now I was informed that more parts are required, which are only available at the end of November! I then requested a "loan" machine but was informed that none where available.

This has now become a phone call to a different person almost every day. The last request I made (Thursday last week) was to request a replacement machine to which Mable informed me that she would take my case to her Supervisor (Alien Kahembi?) who would let me know before the end of the day.

I am still waiting!
