Pathetic unresponsive failure to resolve claim!!

On 10/10/2013 Denzil Duse, drove into my vehicle endangering the safety of myself and other road users.
Incident was reported by myself to the SAPS and Lewis (Mervyn Burrows)-11/10/2013
My insurance has been in contact with Mervyn several times in the past 4 weeks and there has been no communication as to when my vehicle will be assessed and repaired.

question: This is a simple everyday 3rd Party Claim that is clearly being managed by incompetent individual/s.:Answer: Clearly Yes!
Question: is this the 1st incident of reckless driving by this employee?
question: Is Lewis refusing to take responsibility of the actions of their employees, or is Lewis thinking my problem is going to dissaper?
Question: do I have to take my story to the Argus, Die Son before someone decides to take my claim seriously and repairs my car???
