Pathetic Service

It has been almost three months now since I sent my vacuum sealer back for repairs. They first told me they cannot fix it I will get another one, Then they I had to call them again, they then said they will replace it and let me know when the new one is at the store. Again after a few weeks I had to call again to find out that they don't have stock and that they will send it away again to get repaired. It has been almost three months now and I am still with out my vacuum sealer. I will never again purchase anything at Verimark and will tell everyone I know about the bad service I receive.
