I have been making payments but the balance is not going down, as a result you are charging me interest according to that incorrect amount. I called you to resolve the matter and they told me to fax the receipt of the payment i made on the 19Sep 2013 in Port Elizabeth transaction no 1017707 they gave me wrong fax no.when I called again they gave me another fax no.i faxed the receipt with a note that i want to settle the stupid account its been two weeks but they have not responded to me. And yet they are again gonna charge me interest .i refuse to be liable for the interest that you charge me for your incompetent consultants that you employ.all they know is to send scaring smses to hand me over to ITC.i use airtime to call you, and fax to you over and over again!!! I am sick and tiredddddd
