Account blocked. Your validations are bizarre

I just spent hours outting a cart together only to fail when trying to pay. Apparently, because this is the first time I have used this card via the website I was given some bizarre criteria to validate my account. Very strange criteria, the type I have never before been asked on any other site I have purchsed from online ever... Needless to say it kept telling me I was wrong when I assure you I know my own history... Yet the site kept telling me I did not and in the end blocked my account. If you are only going to allow two methods to pay 1) via Edcon account or 2) via credit card... DON'T make it so hard to use the options. I would gladly pay via EFT, or Autopay/Instant EFT/. If you limit my options how am I supposed to buy? Cash on delivery would also be a great option! Please expand your options... So people don't have to go through the same frustration I am currently going through!
