Funeral Cover Opened Fradulently Without Concern!

Im writting to you not because i like to write about other people and their bad service but im hoping you will help me resolve this issue, ive just discovered i have funeral plan with jet of R35.00 a month since January 2013, i have never signed any agreement with them, i dont know who is the beneficiary, this cover is for me, husband and kids which are things i dont have as im not married, i have spoken to Simphiwe about this he sent an email two weeks ago to Sandile his Manager i still havent had any response from them, this goes to show how inconsiderate other people are even though they know they are at fault, on the same day i found out about this a Lady by the name of Thobile told me that she does not know where people with complains go too, their customers always threaten them that they will report them shouting going out of the door and the never come back (PRIDE WRITTEN ALL OVER HER FACE), but i want to make sure my case doesnt end know where, the lesson they must learn is how to treat other people, because what ever they say or do to us as customers hurts us we humanbeing and yes we need them they also need us THE IS NO JET WITHOUT CUSTOMERS! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
