Poor service and don't know their products

I have been looking for this salt & pepper range for quite some time know. Eventually they opened a shop in our town and I was excited because I love @ home. I have been to the shop for a few times know that the people said they are going to let me know then they take 2 - 3 days to come back to me. I am loop for the salt & pepper quantum deep fry pan, they advertise it on their website but no one know what Im talking about.
They say even head office doesn't know. what is there to do??
