Continue to be amazed by poor service

On receipt of my last online order, I noted on the order sheet that an item was not delivered. This was over 2 weeks ago and I have not had a response from PnP or received a refund or credit note. This is not the 1st time that I have had this experience.
Secondly, on opening a bag of bananas I realized that 6 of the 9 bananas were split open and a further banana was squashed. If called the customer help line who asked me to keep the bag as they would send someone within 2 days to collect the bananas and refund me. Two weeks later and I am still waiting.
Unfortunately, PnP's online service remains poor and every disappointing!
