Bab service from Gandhi Spa

I purchased a packet of banana yesterday at 6.30 at spar Gandhi square for my child as her snack for school and for myself as I'm on a diet. when i opened one banana when i got home & i found moving white worms inside the banana . i returned them back this morning and i got an attitude from the lady called Queen Mabaso she didn't even ask me whether do i want a refund or would i like to take another packet of banana she just went to the till and took money from the till and refunded me, i asked her if she is going to apologise or anything and she said with an attitude SORRY. I took down her contact details and store. when i got to the office i called the store manager and he extremly gave me BAD, STINKING, ARROGANT ATTITUDE, telling me that he does not produce bananas& they gave me a refund so what more do i want.
why do i want to turn a small thing to a big thing. i asked him what would have happened if i would have given that banana to my child because children dont look they just eat they unlike us. and he continued shouting at me saying it is not his fault because he does not produce bananas. so i want to know weather is this the type of service that we suppose to get.
