I purchase a pro-form GT 30 bicycle a few years back, used it a couple of times then it was relegated to the back of the garage. This year, I pulled it out when I moved into my new place and called Sportmans warehouse to service. First lot came over and did nothing. Complained and Sam from their service provider Moresport came over. Opened up the bike, the part where the cable hooked onto was broken and needed replacement. Sam was ready with a quote and to my horror they want R2699 just for the part. That's almost the price of the bike. Going back to Trojan
