Foreign objects found in woolworths products

I am a very loyal woolworths customer, and I've defended their products to many people countless times. When the first incident took place I totally overlooked it because of my loyalty (I found a big piece of plastic in their chunky atchar bottle) but tonight I'm feeling totally disgusted after finding a 7cm long black wavy hair in their cheese and mushroom sauce. I know what ur thinking, that it was probably my own right? But seeing as I'm a medium redhead and my husband blond this is physically impossible! Disgusting. Now it totally makes sense why they're a company who doesn't respond. Wish I could attach a picture to this report for all to see.
