Efuse to give an account due to previous account

On friday i went to edgars active campus square and handed my appication in for an account. Yesterday i went back to confirm about what happened to my application was then informed that my application was declined due to previuos account that was handed over this account was settled between 5 to 10 years ago i was much younger then. I am now being penalised for mistakes i made i n the past my crdit rating has been eximpellary ever since. I am very dissapointed i had several places calling me to open accounts and yet you edgars made me feel un worthy thanks for nothing
