Refund of cancelled orde

I have cancelled my order and 3 weeks later still no refund. I have been told that the money will be refunded and still nothing. On 12.11.2013 I received a mail after I again had to ask when I will be refunded and then I was told that they need to do a request for credit allocated to me. so how much longer must I wait?
