I usually shop at your Hyper at North Gate and for more than TWO MONTHS now the following products are simply NOT AVAILABLE on the shelves: Coffee filters (any brand / size), Douwe Egberts filter coffee (Intense), Nutriphase cat food sachets. This is just a few items to mention. I visited the store again today and the situation is still the same!

Over 3 weeks ago I tried to make contact via your website and to date no-one has contacted me with any feedback. It seems your website's email form is not working.

PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS PATHETIC SITUATION at your Hyper!!
