Money off my card

I went in on the 6th November to get my account paid up and then they charged my card 2ce.

When I came back I was assured it was sorted out by Nathan and the Store Manager.

It was never done and then I get annoying calls saying I owe Edgars more money.

I have tried to avoid putting this matter on Hello Peter but it seems that it is the only way they listen.
