I had the unfortunate experience of damaging my X5's rear glass the day after purchasing it... and to make matters worse, was told by various BMW agents that the only X5 rear glass in SA was based in Cape Town and Durban... that didn't help me being in Gauteng.
After a while, Glasfit Sandton managed to secure a glass item from a location (not sure) and had it taken double time back to the branch to get privacy tint applied, and met me at my workplace to install, completing in 5 hours after I logged the claim with Discovery Insure.
The service was fantastic, and the feedback on point. They certainly took the sting out of damaging my day old car!
