Store manager would not replace my soccer shirt

I went to Totalsports to report a damaged soccer jersey. I was told by the sales man that the manager was not around and i should come the following day. Nevermind the petrol i would be wasting. The manager did get back to me as i had left my contacts with one of sales lady there. To my surprise he told he thta he will not be replacing my soccer jersey which is damaged because it not damaged on a certain place they normal think it should be damaged. He was very rude to me and offend reffered to me as "boss" which made me even more furious as i felt he was just undermining me. Can i please get an advise as to what i should do from here.
