They took my money, but did not deliver!

I went into the CNA on the 29th September to enquire about getting a back-dated edition of the August issue of Sailing Magazine. The teller took my money, and issued a slip to prove that I had ordered and paid for the issue in advance; with the promise of a phone call in a week's time.
2 weeks later; having heard nothing from the CNA, I drove across to enquire about the arrival of my purchase-and was told that I should call back a week later; by which time I was promised a telephone call to confirm the availability of the magazine. The call never came, and I went around at the first opportunity (which was on about the 20th October!) to find out the status-only to discover that my order had never been placed! Vusi, the manager, came out of his office to apologise profusely and PROMISED that the staff would get in touch by the next Monday, the 28th October. Suffice to say: I have not heard from any staff member or the management of CNA up to this date. I got in touch with the publisher of the magazine; who kindly sent a copy of the requested article to me-within 3 days!
Shame on CNA.
