I made a payment to the Edcon Group on the 15th of August 2013 via EFT. Since today its not reflecting on my account. I get numerous calls from Edgars, even on a Sunday, that my account is overdue. My account is NOT overdue. I've send an email, no response what so ever. I called a couple of times, the phone number they gave me, just ring. And this after I was directed and redirected. My credit record is bad due to this. I never complain, like in never, but now I am fed-up!! Its a R1 000, 00 thats just "missing". And NO-ONE pick up the phone at the Remittance Department and the other department "cant help". Today, 7 November 2013 I have been on the phone for almost half an hour, on my companies time, to try to rectify this. Nothing. No one can help me or answering the phone.
