Customer Service STINKS!!!

Was at PicknPay Hyper, Princess Crossing, Roodepoort on 03/11/2013 and once again they had no stock of the Ariel washing capsules. I duly emailed the consumer hotline re this and was rudely & blatantly told by Dudu that I must request the store manager to order stock. There must be a problem as it's not the 1st time PnP Princess Crossing is out of stock of the capsules. Their staff consistently tell me to go to Game at Westgate. Hence my email to the customer service department of P&G. And what did I get? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I am now going to purchase other washing capsules AND will tell friends, family AND colleagues NEVER, EVER to buy Ariel products AGAIN. I am even considering contacting Noeleen Maholwana-Sangqu from SABC 3Talk that endorses this product and advise her of this appalling response which is a hindrance, NOT service I received from the "Customer Service" department of a global corporate. Or is it because I live South Africa that we get treated like dirt? As Africa is seen as a 3rd world continent by global personnel? Dudu fails to realise that us consumers have resulted in her having a job and hence receiving an income. We don't buy products, what then?
