Can this report please be removed now!

I am asking you very nicely to please remove this report from my credit profile on transunion. At the end of November it will be two years, please you can assist me with this? I am trying to arrange for finance to purchase a second hand car as I don't have a car and I cannot get any bank to assist me because of this default, please please can you have it removed.
