Immediate positive reponse from the MassMart Team

I had tried to phone stores & find a specific item that I required. I sent one e-mail to Karen Worth and in a matter of minutes I was contacted by Mr Andre Mohan advising me that he will search all his stores and get back to me ASAP. This shocked me as I am one of those fussy customers that did have a "run-in" with Massmart previously Massmart resolved it amicably. Although I regret retuning the item concerned. Surprisingly we all take good service for granted and never ever give the individuals the credit they deserve. From past & current experience I would like to recommend all consumers to always visit a Massmart store where exceptional service is guaranteed & you will never ever be disappointed from the people that ALWAYS put the customers' needs first.
