Cashiers dont even know what promotions are goin on

I went to Legit and while shopping saw a poster which states u spend 450 or more on ANY THANK U CARD you will recieve R100 off ur purchase.. i spent 699 and further asked the cashier about the promotion and she insisted that it only applies to purchases on a legit cash thank u card while i was using an edgars credit thank u card. the next day i went to the workshop branch and they explained that i was supposed to have gotten the 100 discount!! i spent alot of money their n i expect this problem to be corrected. or i will pay off my account and close it!!!
